At Nubalis, S.L, we will process your information for:

  • Creating a budget tailored to your needs.

  • Conducting the company’s recruitment processes.
  • Managing employees and human resources within the company.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data you provide will be retained as long as the commercial relationship is active. However, to ensure maximum transparency, we inform you that our general retention periods are:

  • Accounting and tax: six (6) years.
  • Employment: ten (10) years.
  • Recruitment processes: two (2) years from the submission of the curriculum vitae.

Despite these general timeframes, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to delete any data that is not legally necessary.

According to the purposes for collecting our data, the processing of your data is necessary for:

  • Managing the commercial relationship you have subscribed to and contracted with us.

  • Creating a budget tailored to your needs.

  • Legitimate interest (enabled by Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
  • Conducting the company’s recruitment processes.
  • Consent of the data subject (enabled by Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
  • Managing employees and internal human resources of the company.
  • Contractual execution (enabled by Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

All collected data is necessary for providing the service. However, those data marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If mandatory data is not provided, Nubalis, S.L will not be able to provide the contracted service.

4. What rights do I have regarding data protection?

You can exercise any of the following rights by notifying us at the email address indicated in the header (info@nubalis.com). In any case, according to current regulations, you have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data concerning the data subject.
  • Request rectification or deletion.
  • Request the limitation of processing.
  • Object to processing.
  • Request data portability.

Your data will not be communicated to third parties. Additionally, we inform you that your data will not be transferred internationally to any third country.
